The fund of local products was created by the Regional Council Souss Massa Drâa. It concerns the development of the micro companies and cooperatives in the development of local products.

Concretely, these products should help to combat poverty and boost the regional social economy. The interest focuses on products such as Argan, prickly pears, henna, dates, saffron, rose and honey. The association AGROTECH SMD manages the fund to the total amount of 9 MDH. It is a non-refundable subsidy by the sponsor to develop and modernize its project.
