TARGA fund is a fund dedicated to investment activities of packaging, processing and marketing of local products Souss Massa Draa.

Created in 2005 as part of an agreement between Credit Agricole in Morocco and the Regional Council, its value is 30 million dirhams. The purpose of creation of this fund is to enhance agricultural production, to secure the incomes of farmers in the region, and promote the integration of food chains in the region especially with regard to dates, argan, the honey, saffron, almonds and other agriculture products.
