• decide on the participation of the region to the companies of mixed economy of regional or interregional interset,
• take all measures in vocational training,
• take the necessary action to promote employmentwithin the framework of the orientations fixed on a national scale,
• take action in the field of sports promotion,
• take all measures to protect the environment,
• adopt measures to rationalize the management of water resources in the region,
• adopt the measures necessary for the promotion of cultural activities,
• support any action of social solidarity and any measure of a charitable,
• ensure the preservation and promotion of regional architectural features.

The Regional Council can also make propositions and suggestions and express opinions as for the questions relative to domains except its attributions.
